Our short term licence agreements provides a flexible, low risk option which is ideal for new start ups or an already established company seeking growth and a professional setting. Stanlaw Abbey Business Centre has offices in a range of sizes, from 108 to 791 sq ft (10 – 73.2 sq m), offering office space suitable for small to medium sized enterprises seeking a professional environment.

The extensive conferencing and meeting room facilities are available at a discounted rate for licencees.

No Long Contracts

To ensure the flexibility for a short term contract we offer a standard rate. All our contracts only require 30 days notice.
